NZIPI came to me to rebuild their current site with a more modern and cohesive look. The current administration team would receive a paper membership application and process it manually. I built an online form with a payment gateway, allowing for new members to apply electronically and paying the admin fee at the time of application. This also enabled certain fields to be parsed into a draft member listing. Once the member is approved, admin just needed to move the post from Draft into Published, saving a huge amount of time.
Members have to be licensed at all times. As soon as their licence expires, their listing goes into draft mode and an email is sent out to both the member and admin notifying them of this.
